Young Adult Historical Fiction Books

This is one type of book in particular that I have STRONG opinions on. In my opinion, historical fiction has such a bad reputation for being the more boring version of books that take place in current settings (especially from young adults who are used to history meaning dry classes in school). This is SUCH a skewed perspective though (in my opinion)!! Historical fiction is anything but dry and boring. It can have exciting plot twists, adventurous travels, or unique character dynamics. I think it can be SUPER interesting to hear stories about what could have happened during events we’ve all heard of. Sorry for the rant, but in conclusion, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE historical fiction, and personally think more people should give it a chance. Anyways, that’s the point of this page! To help inform readers about my opinions on historical fiction books I’ve read to (hopefully), encourage more young adults to enjoy them one day too!! If you don’t enjoy them, let me know! What didn’t you like? I ALWAYS LOVE any form of feedback/opinions so don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!! ❤️
