Hook: Hannah Rooney often feels alone. She is fairly estranged from most members of her family, except for her sister. That’s why she is so upset when her sister dies. The person she blames- Toby Hawthorne. But, when she finds him unconscious, she helps him. He has amnesia- and no idea what he did to her sister. Years later, Libby and Nash are traveling together. They clearly have very contrasting personalities, and shouldn't get along. But somehow, they do. Meanwhile, in Prague, Jameson Hawthorne builds an elaborate game for Avery Grambs. But Jameson might just be getting more than he asked for.

I would strongly recommend this book

Review: 😍😍 Wow!! This book was the DEFINITION of a sweet, happy book that puts a smile on your face, while still having plot. I would definitely recommend reading all of the other books in this series first, because without them, I feel like this book wouldn’t be quite as GREAT. Throughout this book I was engaged and interested, even though it’s written in short stories. I also LOVED how we learned a little more about events and characters we had heard about before in other books, but never actually known the full extent of. This book is made up of a variety of short stories, the first of which I thought was the worst. It was still AMAZING, just a little worse than the others. I LOVED all the other stories SO much though. Overall, I would STRONGLY recommend this sweet, heartwarming book.

Main Characters:

  1. Avery Grambs- Avery is the main character in the first short story of this book. She is adventurous and brilliant, while still being strategic and caring.

  2. Hannah Rooney- Hannah is the main character in the second short story. Her whole family are thieves and criminals, but she has mostly left them behind to study medicine. She is kind, but also brilliant.

  3. Libby Grambs- Libby is the main character in the third short story. She has a very unique personality. She loves to dye her hair, paint her nails, wear unusual clothing, and bake cupcakes.

Character Rating: 9.8/10

Setting:

This book is made up of a variety of short stories, all set in different locations. They are mostly set in Prague, Texas, Costa Rica, and London.

Setting Rating: 9.0/10
