I would maybe recommend this book
Review: Ummm…. so this book was a little disappointing. I didn’t love the first book of this series, but I was hopeful that this would be better (news flash: It wasn’t). This book was even more FULL of DRAMA than the first book. It took me FOREVER to finish this just because near the middle the drama got SO boring to me. Now, that’s not to say that this was awful. The writing was good, and there was a solid plot (just not one I particularly liked). I did like the characters, and the book did have some depth. The setting was…okay (I guess). I also didn’t love the ending. Overall, the drama was just too much for me to truly enjoy this book.
Main Characters
Sawyer Taft- Sawyer is the main character in this book. She’s 17 and is not NEARLY as proper as the other characters.
Lilian Taft- Lily is also 17. She outwardly is very proper and put together. She does have another side though…
Saide-Grace- Saide-Grace is the same age as Sawyer and Lily. She is VERY outgoing, but also naive.
Character Rating: 7.9/10
Setting-
This book takes place in southern USA. It takes place at a luxury lake house. The setting is described well, and I love all the comparisons.
Setting Rating: 8.4/10
